Macro-Porous Pseudoboehmite (P-DF-10)

Product Performance:
A white gel (wet) or powder (dried), odorless, tasteless and nontoxic. It is a thixotrope with the characters of high purity crystalline phase, EXCELLENT GELATION and strong caking property.
It is a cement of the cracking catalyst for semi-synthetic rare-earth Y molecular sieve, a cement in aluminum silicate refractory fiber, a catalyst in making ethylene by alcohol dehydration and in making epoxy ethane. It also can be used as raw material for activated alumina and other aluminates.

Pseudoboehmite Application:
1. FCC and hydrogenation catalyst carrier.
2. Cement in aluminum silicate refractory fiber.
3. Catalyst in making ethylene by alcohol dehydration and in making epoxy ethane.
4. Used as raw material for activated alumina and other aluminates.

1. The impurity content is more than 10 times lower than other domestic manufacturers. The content of Na2O, SiO2, Fe2O3 is lower than 50PPM, and the contents of Ca, Mg, SO42-, Cl-, Pb, Cd, V, etc. are lower than 10PPM.
2. The hole volume and surface area are larger and more stable than other manufacturers. In particular, downstream customers’ pore volume and specific surface area after molding will not be greatly reduced, and the strength after molding without relying on other binders is very high, which is beyond the reach of other domestic manufacturers.
